instant coffee

vanilla
Dissolve water and sugar together by heating. Cool. Add vodka. In another pan dissolve instant coffee in
1/4 cup water. Heat only enough to dissolve the coffee. Cool. Mix with vodka mixture. Add vanilla. Place in
tightly covered glass container. Shake vigorously. Let age in container for a week or so.
