Yogurt

12 hours 100 degrees or oven ligh 2 clean quart canning ja Makes 2 quarts
218.5 grams powdered milk
7.5 cups water cold
3 Tbl yogurt

Mix up powdered milk and water, heat to 180 degrees. Cool to 115 degrees and stir in yogurt. Pour into canning jars and seal. Allow to culture in oven to desired tangyness. Make into cheese by adding 1 tsp salt to 1 quart yogurt. Drain in cheesecloth and press to desired firmness.
