Squash Casserole

30 min 350 casserole
8 oz herb stuffing
1/2 cup butter melted
2 Summer Squash yellow or zuchini
1 large onion sliced
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup carrots grated

Melt butter in bowl large enough to take the herb stuffing, pour in stuffing, toss and set aside. Steam or boil squash and onions until limp. Mix sour cream, soup and carrots (goup). Layer in large casserole dish, stuffing, vegetables, goup and top with stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
