Baking Stone
6 cups bread flour
3 tsp Yeast
1/2 cup water warm
1/2 cup stuffed olives chopped
1/2 cup Black oil cured olives chopped
1 tsp sea salt
3 Tbl Olive Oil
1 Tbl barley malt syrup
2 3/4 cups water bottled
Mix together all ingredients, allow to rise twice and punch down before forming in a wide baggette. Bake on
stone, mist 5 minutes into baking.
