Lemony Chicken and Noodles

6 cups chicken broth ok to make with boullion
1/3 cup lemon juice ~ 2 lemons
2 medium Carrots cleaned and sliced
1 bay leaf
1 parmesan rind ~ 2 inch
2 cups chicken cooked, diced
1/4 cup parsley chopped
2 cups egg noodles
Add lemon juice to chicken broth in large soup pot. Chop carrots and chicken, add with bay, parmesan rind
and parsley. Bring to a boil and add noodles, cook until noodles absorb all liquid.
