Spaghetti al Limone

1/2 cup Olive Oil excellent quality
1/3 cup lemon juice juice of 2 lemons
2 tsp lemon zest
1 clove garlic mashed
2 oz parmesan grated 1 cup in vol
2 Tbl butter
1/2 tsp salt plus more for seasoning

1 pound Spaghetti Angel Hair was nice

Start pasta water, add salt to make it taste like the sea. Mash garlic with 1/2 tsp salt in the bottom of a small mixing bowl. Add olive oil, lemon zest and lemon juice, whisk to combine. Whisk in cheese until thick and creamy. Put butter in bottom of serving bowl and add a few grinds of pepper and a pinch of salt. Drain pasta and pour over butter, pour lemon sauce on top, throw on basil and toss to combine, correct seasonings and serve.
