Seared Tuna Steaks

Grill at highest setting
tuna steak
vegetable oil
salt & pepper

If tuna steakes are frozen, thaw overnight in refridgerator- want completley thawed tuna steaks to cook. Place tuna steaks on counter at least 30 minutes before cooking to allow steaks to reach room temperature. Preheat grill at highest setting for 10 to 15 minuntes before grilling Rub tuna steaks with vegetable oil on all sides then salt and pepper both sides. Once grill is extremely hot, place tuna steak on grill for 2 minutes then flip and grill for an additional 2 minutes. Pull from grill and serve. Best served right away so they are still warm.
