1 Tbl heavy whipping cream per egg

Potatoes cooked
Beat eggs and cream, season and set aside. Chop ham into bite size or smaller bits, frizzle in hot pan. Pour
egg mixture over and scramble together. Serve with cheese and ketchup, fried potatoes are optional.
