Aleppo Pepper Chicken

1 1/2 Tbl Aleppo Pepper
2 Tbl water warm
1 cup yogurt greek style
3 Tbl Olive Oil
2 Tbl red wine vinegar
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp pepper
6 cloves garlic crushed
2 lemons
2 1/4 lbs chicken thighs cut in 1 1/4 in pieces
2 Tbl tomato paste
Mix aleppo pepper and warm water and let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice 1 lemon, wedge the other. Mix
together aleppo pepper, yogurt, olive oil, wine vinegar, tomato paste, salt and pepper in a bowl, add crushed
garlic and sliced lemon, stir well and add chicken cubes. Allow to marinate 1 hour or over night.
Thread on skewers and grill until 180 degrees. Serve with couscous.
Or leave loose and broil on roasting rack or crumpled aluminum foil.
