Green Peppers

sugar

vinegar

vegetable oil
Drain beans, rinse kidney beans and drain. Mix beans, celery, pepper and onion. Set aside. Mix together
sugar, vinegar, and oil. Pour over beans, stirring until well coated. Cover, refrigerate 24 hours before
serving.
