Appetizer (Hors d oeuvre )

Shrimp ala Bebe Jean

4 day to marinate
3 lbs boiled shrimp
2 Tbl wine vinegar
8 Tbl vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salad herbs
pinch curry powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp horseradish
dash paprika
onions sliced
bay leaf

Place in large shallow pan. Layer shrimp, then raw sweet onions, few bay leaves. Pour mixture of vinegar, oil, herbs, curry powder, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, horseradish and paprika over the shrimp. Should marinate 4 days, but not necessary.
