Peanut Brittle

corn syrup
(light)

water

peanuts
raw

butter

baking soda
Mix together peanuts, corn syrup, sugar & water. Cook until mixture cracks when tested in water. Or right
before it reaches 300 degrees on candy thermometer. (Mixture will have a brown look) Remove from heat,
add soda, and mix well. Spread on butter cookie sheet. Break into pieces when cold.
