- Restrict client interaction by doing individual pet intake.
- Please call the office when you arrive (260)347-6978 for
instructions
- You will be instructed when to meet a Veterinary Technician
in Building 524 (Next door to the north- Door 3)
- We ask that only one owner accompany the pet
- We will be using a new slip lead to take your dog in for the
examination.
- Cats will need to stay in their carrier, the exterior of
which will be disinfected before it is returned to you.
- Please leave your telephone number with the Veterinary
Technician and return to your car.

- The Doctor will examine your pet and you will be contacted
with diagnosis and treatment options.
- At the conclusion of the appointment discharge instructions
will be given and payment options will be presented.
- If you, or someone you have been in close contact with has been
sick, please make arrangements for someone else to bring the pet to
the clinic or reschedule if necessary.
- If you, a family member, or someone you care for is immune
suppressed you may take advantage of our curbside service.
- Call from your car when you arrive (260) 347-6978 at the clinic
and we will come and get your pet.
